WP319 Float type Level Switch Controller
This series float type level switch controller can be used to measure & control liquid pressure in Level measuring, Building automation, Ocean and ship, Constant pressure water supply, Chemical industry, Metallurgy, environment protection, Medical treatment and etc.
WP319 FLOAT TYPE LEVEL SWITCH Controller is composed of magnetic float ball, floater stabilizing tube, reed tube switch, explosion proof wire-connecting box and fixing components. magnetic float ball goes up and down along tube with liquid level, so as to make reed tube contact make and break instantly, output relative control signal. The action of reed tube contacting instantly make and break which matches with relay circuit can complete multifunction control. The contact won’t produce electric spark because of reed contact is entirely sealed in glass which filled with inactive air, very safe to control.

Controller is composed of rod, magnetic float ball, reed tube switch and junction box. Float ball is up or down with the liquid level along the guide rod, its magnetic make switches inside of rod are switched and output appropriate location signals;
Different controllers match with corresponding external circuit board, which can complete the automatic control of water supply & drainage and level’s alarms;
After function extension by relay contact, controller can complete control needs of high-power and multi-function;
The area of dry reed contact is big, filled with inert gas, breaking high voltage and large current loads and non-sparking, small contact ablation, long working life;
