The major components of WP3051 are the sensor module and the electronics housing. Piezoresistive /Capacitive sensor technology is utilized in the wangyuan WP3051 measurements. The sensor module contains the oil filled sensor system (isolating diaphragms, oil fill system, and sensor) and the sensor electronics. The sensor electronics are installed within the sensor module and include a temperature sensor (RTD), a memory module, and the capacitance to digital signal converter (C/D converter). The electrical signals from the sensor module are transmitted to the output electronics in the electronics housing. The electronics housing contains the output electronics board, the local zero and span buttons, and the terminal block.
WP3051LT Flange mounted pressure level transmitter adopts differential capacitive pressure sensor, can do an accurate pressure measurement for a variety of containers. 1. Measured medium will corrode wetted parts and sensitive components of differential pressure transmitter
2. Need to isolate high temperature medium with differential pressure transmitter
3. Suspended solids in the measured medium or high viscosity medium easy to plug transmitter connector

4. Pressure pipe lead out measured medium, easy solidification or crystallization
