WP435C Flush Mount Pressure Transmitter is particularly designed for sanitary application in high temperature condition. Its flat pressure-sensing diaphragm welded with flange eliminates nooks and crannies where residual could accumulate. Cooling fins and fill fluid are adopted for functioning with high temperature medium. Diaphragm material can be selected from a variety of substances with excellent corrosion resistance to withstand harsh operating conditions.

Description

When the medium exhibits high viscosity, is prone to crystallization or contains solid particles, the flat diaphragm structure can effectively prevent the pressure-sensing orifice from clogging. Integrated cooling element allows for operation under high temperature up to 150℃. Tantalum (Ta) diaphragm is made for measuring highly corrosive medium. With the unparalleled chemical stability, they are favorable for extreme media measurement such as hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid, chlorine gas and aqua regia.
