WP435A Series flush diaphragm pressure transmitters adopt advanced imported sensor component with high precision, high stability and anti-corrosion. This series pressure transmitter can work stably for a long time under high temperature work environment. Laser welding technology is used between sensor and stainless steel house, without pressure cavity. They are suitable to measure and control the pressure in all kinds of easy to clog, sanitary, sterile, easy to clean environment. WP435C Flush membrane pressure transmitter is special designed for food application, its pressure-sensitive diaphragm is at the front end of the thread, the sensor is at the back of the heat sink, and high-stability edible silicone oil is used as the pressure transmission medium in the middle. This ensures the influence of low temperature during food fermentation and high temperature during tank cleaning on the transmitter. The gauge pressure transmitter is selected, the lead wire is a gas-conducting cable, and molecular plugs are added at both ends of the cable to avoid condensation and dew from affecting the performance of the transmitter. They are suitable to measure and control the pressure in all kinds of easy to clog, sanitary, sterile, easy to clean environment.
