New Fashion Design for Low Price Flowmeter – WPLG Series Throttling Orifice Flow Meters – Wangyuan Detail:

This throttle orifice flow meter can be widely used in Mining, Petroleum refining, Chemical industry, Medical technology, Power generation, Food & beverage plant, Paper & Pulp industry, Energy & combined heat, Purified water and waste water, Oil & Gas products and transportation, Dyeing and Coal and other industries.

WPLG series throttle Orifice Plate flow meter is a mostly common flow meter, which can be used for measuring the flow of liquids/ gases and vapour during industrial production process. We provide throttle flow meters with corner pressure tappings, flange pressure tappings, and D-D/2 span pressure tappings, ISA 1932 nozzle, long neck nozzle and other special throttle devices (1/4 round nozzle, segmental orifice plate and so on).

This series of throttle Orifice Plate flow meter can work with differential pressure transmitter WP3051DP and flow totalizer WP-L to achieve flow measurement and control.

Corner tapping Standard orifice plate

Range: Nominal Diameter DN=(50~400)mm, Normal pressure PN=(0.01~2.5)MPa;

Flange tapping Standard orifice plate

Range: Nominal Diameter DN=(50~750)mm, Normal pressure PN=(0.01~2.5)MPa;

D-D1/2 tapping Standard orifice plate

Range: Nominal Diameter DN=(50~750)mm, Normal pressure PN=(0.01~20)MPa;

Bore tapping Standard orifice plate

Range: Nominal Diameter DN=(400~3000)mm, Normal pressure PN=(0.01~1.6)MPa;

High temperature & pressure throttling device

Range: Nominal Diameter DN=(15~300)mm, Normal pressure PN=(6.4~3.2)MPa;

Operating temperature T=(300~550)℃

Venturi tube

Range: Nominal Diameter DN=(500~2000)mm, Normal pressure PN=(0.01~2.5)MPa;

Averaging pitot tube flowmeter

Range: Nominal Diameter DN=(25~3000)mm, Normal pressure PN=(0.01~2.5)MPa;
