The tube type of WP3051LT level transmitter has a extended diaphragm seal system to separate the sensor from harsh medium. Transmission of medium pressure to sensing component is conducted by fluid filled inside the diaphragm seal. The purpose of extending the diaphragm is to adapt thick-walled and highly insulated construction of process vessels. The diaphragm seal system adopts direct flange connection, both side and top down mounting are available. Material, extension length and other dimensional parameters of the wetted section will be determined by customer’s on-site operating condition.
