The series has four major models:
WP8310 and WP8320 correspond to measuring side and operating side safety barrier. WP 8310 processes and transmits signal from the transmitter located in hazardous zone to systems or other instruments in security zone, while WP8320 conversely receives signal from security zone and outputs to hazardous zone. Both Models only receive DC signal.
WP8360 and WP8370 receive thermocouple and RTD signals from hazardous zone respectively, perform isolated amplification and output the converted current or voltage signal to security zone.
All of the WP8300 series safety barriers can have single or dual output and uniform dimension of 22.5*100*115mm. However WP8360 & WP8370 only accept single input signal while WP8310 & WP8320 can also receive dual input.
